The Federal Executive Institute and the Management Development Centers are dedicated to developing career leaders for the Federal Government. Our three centers in Charlottesville, Virginia, Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and Aurora, Colorado all offer exceptional residential learning environments and are staffed with program directors, seminar leaders, and facilitators drawn from America's elite corps of training professionals.
For more than 30 years, we have worked to

Our customers are high-performing supervisors, managers, and executives who come to our Centers for anywhere from a few days to four weeks to enhance their leadership and management skills. They may do so at any stage of their career from first line supervisor through the Senior Executive Service.
We also offer customized programs either at our three Centers or at your location, as well as consulting services when you need help identifying and addressing organizational challenges.
