This hands-on program at the Federal Executive Institute (FEI) explores the power of resilience in a world of change through a dynamic array of leadership development exercises. You will use cutting-edge tools and strategies to learn how to sustain yourself as an agent of change and support others during the change process. A Variety of individual and group activities will give you the tools to cultivate your sense of possibility, perspective and optimism--both for yourself and for the people who rely on your guidance.
