Overview
According to the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the most important element in transforming an organization is its human capital, or people. As a leader charged with developing and executing a human capital plan, this course will help you learn strategies for attracting, developing and retaining quality employees.
This course also will strengthen your skills in partnering with agency leaders to develop people strategies that support organizational goals. A primary focus is the Federal Human Capital Assessment and Accountability Framework (HCAAF)-how to use it to plan, guide and measure your efforts. You also will have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues throughout the Federal government.
Instructors for this seminar include human capital officers from the Office of Personnel Management.
