Overview

This program establishes a solid foundation for successful project management by addressing the best and most current practices used by project managers including basic principles, tools and techniques. You will learn key concepts in project planning and implementation and apply them in the classroom with the assistance of expert facilitators. Using a classic project management plan, you will also manage an actual, hands-on project. Brief quizzes help assesses your progress and focus your coursework.

The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) serves as the guide to key project management terminology and process descriptions.
