LEAD Certificate Program

The Office of Personnel Management’s Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Certificate Program focuses on the specific career track training requirements of Federal project/team leaders, supervisors, managers or SES-level executives. Executive Master of Public Administration Degree

Our Management Development Centers have established strategic partnerships with the University of Colorado and the American University for those in the public and nonprofit sectors seeking a Master of Public Administration degree. Learn more here.

Academic Credit

The American Council on Education (ACE) certifies many of our training courses for graduate or undergraduate credits. Credit hours vary depending on the length and content of the course but generally range from two to four hours. Find out how to build your skills and gain college credits.
