Overview

Enhance your professional impact and accelerate your career as a public sector leader in this interactive course that focuses on developing your leadership competencies. In Leadership Competencies, you will have the opportunity to test and demonstrate your on-the-job skills. Benchmark your current abilities using OPM's 360-degree Competency Assessment instrument and feedback. Then, using the Challenge, Context, Action and Results model, you will learn strategies for setting goals and improving your competence as a public sector leader. The culmination of this experience will be a summary presentation where you will communicate your abilities to others.
