Overview

This interactive seminar helps Federal employees develop a fundamental understanding of leadership. Individualized training will help you acquire and hone the skills you need to become an influential leader, regardless of your current position or title. Working with a variety of seminar materials, activities, simulations, role-playing, case studies and other instruments, you will analyze your leadership potential- while becoming a more supportive Federal follower.
