Overview

Cutting-edge leadership research forms the basis of this seminar. Whether your career involves formal authority or requires that you learn to influence and work through others, this dynamic seminar will help you find and define your own mandate for leadership.
Through assessments, reflection, discussions and demanding application, you will develop the strength and attitudes necessary for effective leadership.
