Overview
Developing successful interpersonal skills is essential to balancing your authority as a frontline supervisor with proper influence and rapport. This seminar will help shape your approach to leadership and role as coach in managing performance. You will learn how to understand individual preferences that guide your behavior as well as those who report to your. You will also develop valuable conflict resolution skills while exploring the motivation and values of a successful leader.
This online seminar can be completed as an individual seminar or combined with the one-week classroom Supervisory Leadership Seminar l: Frontline supervision Skills. You can choose the order of completion when taken individually. This course is hosted through a virtual classroom and delivered via the internet for five weeks--a perfect format for the busy manager who has commitments that make travel difficult. Through online modules, readings, discussion and teleconferences, students interact and move through the course as a group.
